I'm Farida Aarrass, founder of Unovia Life Science Consulting, a freelance clinical project manager based in the Netherlands and working internationally.
With over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CROs and healthcare organizations, I’ve led clinical projects across various therapeutic areas and trial phases.

I'm passionate about improving clinical trial outcomes through structured delivery, clear communication and a people-first mindset.
